1. Connected
Your whole station in one view, from day one.
- What you get — A view of every flight built from your airlines’ messages. Staff planning and the tasks of every turnaround. The field app: tasks, checklists, a photo of each ULD’s tag sheet. Delay alerts, pre-filled movement messages and punctuality reports.
- What you install — Nothing. The app runs on your tablets and smartphones. Live within 48 hours, once access to your messages is open.
- Who it is for — To get going fast, at one station or across your network. At this step, times are recorded by your agents and read from messages.
2. Equipment
Every vehicle and every ULD at the right aircraft.
- What you get — Which vehicle is serving which aircraft, and since when. Milestones time-stamped by equipment presence: loading, pushback. Every loaded ULD identified and matched to the load plan. Ancillary services recorded for the invoice. Your equipment’s running hours, and the right size for your fleet.
- What you install — A small connected unit on your key vehicles, rented with the subscription, and a reader on your loaders. Fitting is done by our team or by your own workshop.
- Who it is for — For stations where aircraft wait for equipment, where ancillary services slip off the invoice, or that load many ULDs.
3. Measured turnaround
Every milestone time-stamped at the stand, with the picture to back it.
- What you get — Turnaround milestones time-stamped at the stand. The picture to back you up in a dispute or a damage claim. The target off-block time (TOBT) calculated from actual progress. Vision AI, which flags what breaks the rules.
- What you install — Stand cameras, or your existing cameras when they are suitable.
- Who it is for — For stands exposed to penalties, disputes and claims, and for widebodies.
