What is prohibited

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction or reuse of this content, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written consent of TURNPILOT SAS (Articles L.122-4 and L.342-1 of the CPI). It constitutes infringement, punishable by three years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros (Articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the CPI), without prejudice to damages.

Use of the Turnpilot name, logo or signature, in particular in a domain name, trademark, product or communication, is prohibited without written consent.

What is allowed

viewing the website for personal or internal business use;
quoting short extracts, clearly crediting the source (“Turnpilot, turnpilot.fr”) with a link to the page quoted (Article L.122-5 of the CPI);
linking to the website’s pages, provided they open in a full window and are not presented as third-party content;
